**Please Read the Following Before You Begin Your Training**
We would like to thank the Washtenaw County Health Dept in Michigan for allowing us to use their Temporary Food Vendor Training Video. As you view this video, please note that there are a few differences between the Michigan Health Code and the Connecticut Health Code such as:
- If you have had vomiting or diarrhea, you cannot work in the food booth in any capacity for 72 hours after your symptoms have ended.
- Connecticut’s Health Code requires foods to be held at a temperature of 140 degrees or more if they are hot or 45 degrees or less if they are cold.
After you have completed the video, please disregard the quiz at the end but instead click on this link to take a different quiz to measure your knowledge about the video you saw. You may not get any more than 1 wrong to receive a certificate of completion which will be emailed to you. Thank you for your cooperation.
